We offer several delivery options to meet your needs. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Delivery Within Netherlands
For orders within the Netherlands, we offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - €5.95
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days - €12.95
- Next Day Delivery: Next business day (orders placed before 14:00) - €19.95
Free standard delivery is available for orders over €50 within the Netherlands.
International Delivery
We ship to countries within the European Union. Delivery times and costs vary by destination:
- EU Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days - €12.95
- EU Express Delivery: 3-5 business days - €24.95
For delivery outside the EU, please contact us for shipping options and costs. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us using the information on our contact page.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as damaged packages or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, please provide photographs to help us process your claim.
